Dr. Christian Schulze is an IP lawyer and in-house counsel at eBay. He advises teams across the global organization on a broad range of soft IP matters. His work includes counseling on IP aspects of new website functionalities, marketing initiatives, IP risk and compliance mechanisms, and the implementation of IP-related elements of key regulatory frameworks such as the EU Digital Services Act. He studied law in Freiburg and Dublin and completed his legal clerkship in Berlin. Before joining eBay, he spent around three years in the media and technology practice of a corporate law firm. He has been with eBay for more than one year.
