Annette Hedegård Johnsen serves as Director, Mastercard Global  Privacy, AI and Data Responsibility. She is global Privacy lead in Mastercard’s Commercial and New Payment Flows business and dedicated Privacy Director for Mastercard Payment Services in the Nordics.

Before joining Mastercard, Annette played a key Privacy Counsel role in a larger M&A transaction in Europe including compliance training of hundreds of colleagues. Annette has a specialization in the financial  sector dating back from practice work while working at McKinsey & Company.

Annette holds a Master of Laws Degree and a Bachelor of Art in addition to specialization in project management and leadership
