Benjamin Levine is Head of IP - Disputes & Special Projects at Ocado Group, a pioneering technology company at the forefront of warehouse automation. A qualified European and UK patent attorney with over a decade of experience, Mr Levine focuses on intellectual property strategy, litigation, and enforcement in emerging and complex technologies, including automation, robotics, machine learning, and advanced electronics.

Mr Levine acted as Ocado’s technical lead in complex multinational infringement proceedings spanning the US, UK, and Germany. On the first day of the Unified Patent Court, Ocado initiated three patent infringement actions, which were resolved through settlement shortly thereafter.

Mr Levine holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Cambridge. His technical knowledge, combined with his experience in IP enforcement and defence, enables him to navigate the evolving landscape of intellectual property rights in cutting-edge technologies.
